Are there Access controls or add-ons to display appoinments (date, start
time, stop time) in a calendar view?

If you want to do this on forms, consider a third party control such as
http://www.dbi-tech.com/. If you only need a report that looks like a
calendar, check the calendar reports at
http://www.invisibleinc.com/divFiles.cfm?divDivID=4.

I have a module that contains a form where you schedule appointments for
any selected year, month and day in time slots much like what is used in a
doctor's office. I also have a calendar module that displays the calendar
for any selected year and month where you can enter and display activities
(appointments) for each day on the calendar.
