Applying patch Q835732 without DUA on target

Hello all,

I have a big trouble with platform under XPE, I want to
apply the patch Q835732 on these platforms, unfortunatly
the DUA is not installed on them ...

How can I install this patch even though?

1) Copy all binary files manually using PendingFileRenameOperations (for
moving system files currently in use)
2) Create all registry entries manually (using regedit)
