Applies to ALL programs

I wish most strongly that when we go to install a new program that the
vendors would get the correct order of installation.
At the moment they tell you to exit all running programs and then they show
you the terms of agreement. If you do not agree, you STILL have to reboot to
get all your programs up and running again.
Why can't they show the terms of agreement FIRST.....?

Why do you listen to them? Simple solution: do not close all running
programs like they say to. Ignore it. They don't know what they're talking
about.

If in doubt, only close your programs after having agreed to the EULA. It's
not rocket science. Sheesh.

I use an even simpler (if very flawed) approach: don't bother
reading the EULA.
