Application Startup

I have 2 applications that I need to run on XP. The
second app is dependent on the first. The second app is
loading before the first one, and I know this because I
can take the second app out of startup and wait for the
first one to load and then start the second app without
any problems. How do I set the order of startup in XP?

I use Advanced Startup manager to do this. Works great and
is only 20 bucks. just goto google and type it in, its
available many places
