I'm running xp pro and when anyone logs on with any
account but the administrator account I have the
following problem. We have installed Printmaster Gold 11.
When on of the kids want to use printmaster it gives the
following message. "To run this application you must be
logged on as administrator". I have looked around in the
mmc settings and have not found the anwser. I set up
several accounts as power users and still the same
message.

Hi Noah,
Some applications access parts of the operating system that is restriced to
administrators only (basically not the most optimal design of the program).
One way around this is to create a shortcut for the program on the desktop
you can then go into the options on the shortcut and under the Shortcut tab
click the Advanced button. You will now have an option to "Run with
different credentials". What this will do is pop up a dialog box when you
run the shortcut and you can specify an account with administrator
privelages that will allow the program to run. However, I don't believe it
will remember the credentials for the administrator, so its not a total
fix.
