Application problem

Dear Sir/Madam:

Appreciate your help on the following:

When I start my computer, I see this dialogue box on the
screen every time with the heading; "bagent.exe - unable
to locate component"

The text says:
"This application has failed to start because QWUTIL7.dll
was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem."

I have no ideas what this is all about and do not know
what to do.
