Application Not Found

I just got a new computer with XP. I am trying to open a .jeg attachment in
Outlook and I get the message "Appication Not Found". How do I associate a
program to view JPEG's in my email?

Find any jpg file on your drive, right-click on it, and choose Open with.
Select the program you want to use to open it, and check the box "Always
use this program..."
