Application Error

Everytime I close internet explorer, i get the same error
message come up 21 times saying:

[The intruction at "0x02752024" referenced memory
at "0x02752024". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program]

I have to click OK 21 times before it finally goes away
until I use IExplorer again.
