Application error when ie closes

The following just started to happen after the last
automatic update.

I get the following error:
Acrobat ie helper: iexplore.exe application error

Instruction at "0x0173eb45" referenced memory
at "0x01775de0". The memeory could not be "read".
Click to terminate the program

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
