Application Error Explorer EXE

The Following error message has begun appearing on my
computer. The instruction at ox77f580db referenced memory
at 0x00000067 The memory could not be written. This is
causing my Computer to crash So does anyone know what
this means and how to fix it. Thanks Ray
 
This could mean that your memory modules may be bad
u can do a test by down loading an app at
Http://memtest86.com this will test the memory and if it
is bad u may have to replace the memory stick or sticks
that are bad

application and it is still in my computer but i have no
idea how to use it. Can you explain how to use it Ray
