Hello All,

I have a client with a machine that will not boot past the loading of the
desktop picture. No icons show up and no taskbar w/start button appears.
It seems to be running very, very slowly to even get to this point. I tried
to come up in safe mode and the same thing happens. The error I get is
explorer.exe at instruction 0x77f83905 could not reference memory at
0xc00ac00a. In looking at google groups I had found no solution. This
machine did have alot of scumware a week before but I did get cleaned up
properly and ran smooth for several days. I cannot boot the machine to get
any other info to try and repair the PC. Does anyone have any thoughts on
this problem? I'm not sure what to try next!

Thanks For Any Responses in Advance
