Apple I-Book Laptop

Does any one here know of any place I can get some information on an
Apple I-Book laptop computer? It doesn't want to bootup when you press
the power on button, just will make a sound and only show an icon of a
folder with a picture of two faces and blink to show a question mark.
and do nothing else but sit there and look stupid. Andy ideas?

Why would you post this question in a newsgroup for the Windows XP
operating system? If something was wrong with my MacBook, the first
place I'd look was Apple. The second place I'd look would be Google for
something like "Apple iBook troubleshooting".
