appearance

Hi all. When I right click desktop, properties, appearance and click on
effects, nothing happens. Effects is not grayed out. Just doesn't work.

Hi,

This seems to be a common issue with third party desktop managers, theme
changers, etc. See if the edit on line 285 (right hand side) helps:

Hi Kelly. Yes I do use a 3rd party theme manager so I guess that is why
nothing helps. Thank you very much for your Help.
