I seem unable to get on line with windows mail. I only get on line briefly
and then receive the above error message - APPCRASH. I used an easy transfer
cable from my old computer to my new and imported Outlook express addresses.
Is there an incompatability between the two? I've noticed too that my start
up menu doesn't include all the items I think it should have - it's more like
my old XP menu.

I've sorted the start menu but can anyone help me re staying on line with
Windows mail. I recieve a message saying that Windows Mail has sztopped
working and offering to check online for a solution but I still faill to get
my emails.

What if any antivirus programs do you have? Do you have the Google Toolbar
installed? If you have any programs installed with SMS in their names, tell
us their full names. Some of these programs tend to cause assorted problems
in Windows Mail.
