all of a sudden i get a page on my monitor which
congralates me on sucessfully puting on their websight if
i can see this page.
i don't know if it is good or bad!! it's ssl/lls apache.
did someone invade my computer and put on something i
don't want? if so, how do i get rid of it

That message appears when you try going to a web site, and that site
uses Apache server software which has not yet been configured. My
guess--a shot in the dark at that--is that whatever your home page was,
they are doing maintenance on the site, which resulted in that generic
web page showing up.
