The wierdest thing just happened here. We run Windows XP Pro and just two
days ago, a new program suddenly appeared.

An icon appeared on the desktop titled "Internet Service $9.95" with a
Netscape graphic. A look at the properties shows that the executable file
is aolaod.exe. I scanned with Norton and it shows no viruses.

There is only my wife and myself here at home and neither of us installed
this software. We aren't experts but we're quite proficient and when we
install a program, it's intentional.

I've gone to the control panel to uninstall this program but it isn't shown
there. Has anyone had this problem or know of it? What can I do to get rid
of it? Any ideas how it got there?

Thanks in advance for your help.
