AOL favorites: moving to IE

I am running AOL 9.0 under 98 SE. Need to move favorites
to IE 6.0. Anyone know how to do this?

ALso, anyone know how to get rid of the AOL icon in uthe
pper right of IE?
 
Favorites can be exported and imported with the Files/Import/Export applet.
