Hi Everyone,

I was trying to figure out a way to setup an email account in outlook with
only SMTP information and no POP server information. Currently when I try
to do that, I cannot click on NEXT in the setup wizard window without
filling out some information in the POP box.

Basically what I am trying to accomplish is a SEND ONLY account in Outlook.
The incoming emails are received on another machine and I don't want this
computer to pick any emails or even hit the pop server for that matter.
Sincerely,
Mans.

Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive-> button Edit...->
select Account-> uncheck the Receive option for that account

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

enter a fake pop server name and disable checking for new mail to
Send/receive settings.
