is not coming up on my computer. Is there any reason why? And I have been having problems with my ActiveX controls and so on if you ahve read my previous posts... Please help me! I want to cry.

Do you have any firewall software? If so, remove it. Then go into Internet Explorer, Internet Options & reset all to default. Try again.

But if I do won't I get a virus? I have McAfee that came with my AOL... so how will I protect my computer?

Well... you can take my advice or not :P But as it stands your shit doesn't work & you don't have any ideas... so why don't you follow mine.

OK genius... It didn't work so all I have done now is make my computer accessible to viruses. Do you have any other ideas?

Hey genius,a firewall and anti-virus software are two
completely different things. If you have shut down your
A/V it is your fault the poster did not suggest that you
to do that, and if you are going to mouth off at someone
who is trying to help then good luck getting any more. By
the why edg's suggestion was logical.
