Anyone use RegVac? Mine's in trouble.....

After downloading and using the registered version prior, now I get this
message every time I try to open RegVac.....

regvac.eve has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience.

Then goes on to "Please tell Microsoft about this problem" and has an error
report to send to Microsoft. I've done that numerous times, and while it
might tell Microsoft something, it tells me nothing... nor does the creator
of RegVac have a clue what could cause this.

Anyone here figured this one out?

You are better off without it. Registry cleaners don't really provide any
benefit, and can cause much more harm than good.
