I've heard a title similar to what you have described,
called"OESpeaker",which runs in outlook express,but I don't think it
can works in other docs,
or you can use TextAloud, which is a cool text to speech application,

Using Microsoft agent this can be done.
Try to ask in microsoft.public.msagent if no answer here.

That is it, thank you very much. I know thats it because as well as Genie it
also had Merlin but it must have been purchased by MS because when I used
it, it was just a small company giving it away.
