anyone know a good tape backup program?

I'm looking for a program to do backups to a tape drive (seagate STT20000A).
it somes with tapeware but i can't get it to work. ntbackup is too
complicated - always wants to verify that i've got the right tape in instead
of just doing the backup. anything out there that's easy to use and works?
I've looked at Dantz Retrospect 6.5 Pro. any idea about that? thanks for any
ideas.

Hi Gary,

It's been two months since your post. Have you found a solution..I have the
same tape drive installed in Windows XP Pro and have not got the system to
see the media when I use NT Backup or Retrospect 6.5.
