Hi Bill
To follow on from Gina's good advice - it you look for a database with a
many to many base such is most student/class DB's you should be able to see
how these work and with a little time spent be able to create a simple DB of
your own.
If you have any questions regarding your new project you could always post a
question here and someone should be able to assist with specific questions.
The other alternative(s) is to use the built in wizards in Access to try and
see what you can get - don't forget, many to many as many people can play the
same clubs and the clubs can have many performers.
The other alternative is to (as Steve suggested) to pay someone to create
the application for you. But in this case you should look around the web/
your local area/ do a google search / etc before you decide. You could also
ask people you know who have already had an application built if they were
happy with the results and the builder and ask them for advice. (this is not
an advert for me by the way, I'm not looking for work, I only work for a few
companies within the same group). You can of course just post a question
looking for someone to do the work for you here - there are many experts on
this site (I'm not one of them

who will do a really good job - but, again
be aware that you will be asked to pay for the services and you should look
for someone who understands the problems you face and who is able to suggest
workable solutions. The MVP mark is a good place to start - but there are
also many other people here who do not have the MVP badge who are also
experts in createing access DB's.
Good luck
