Anyone got the hotfix for this problem or know where to download it?

Contact Microsoft directly as stated in the article in the link you posted.
State you are calling about a hotfix and you will not be asked for payment
information.

Te be sure you are getting valid code, you should only get it from
Microsoft.
There are no authorized distributors outside of Microsoft.
