Anyone from Ukraine, East Europe or India here?

I need someone on longer term that help me with learning VB and C#. I can

I thought that Ukraine was in East Europe.

A computer needs correct instructions.

The first lesson therefore, if you give ambiguous instructions, it will stop
replying.

You can donate your money for this for help to Africa or whatever like that.
