Anyone else having problem debuging on a device with weird errors?

I am debuging an PPC application written in VB where I get non-recreatable
errors when running in debug mode on a device?
 
I don't mean to be discourteous, but what would you answer to your user
that'd ask a similar support question without providing any details?
