It keeps appearing on my automatic update. I update it reboot and it reappears.

As a workaround try going to www.windowsupdate.com
Click on custom instead of express > Locate the update > and Hide the update.
But i am not sure why it's reappearing on your system.

DD - Thanks for the suggestion. Just ran the update per your suggestion,
rebooted my computer, and the update came up again to install. Any other
ideas???

Nope, that procedure usually works regarding that update. Enter the
Microsoft Update site and you'll notice that this update will not show
up anymore, most likely. It still may show up at the automatic update,
however, this can be disabled within its options when you untick that
particular update.
