I have seven to give away. It's an e-mail account with Google with a Gig of storage space for your mail.

At the moment available by invite only.

So, if you want one, PM me your name (first and last) and e-mail address and I'll send the invite out.

First come, first served ;)

And here's a handy little program that enables you to instantly view your e-mail account, it's a beta, but works fine: G-Mail Notifier
 
Thanks Floppy :) I've got a GMail account, but that looks like a handy little application.

I've also seen a program that turns a gmail account into a secure 1GB web storage place!

I've had it a while now, have used it a bit, it's quite OK.

But I only just noticed I had seven invites to give out.... doh :D

I have three left atm, four, maybe, as somebody is dithering :rolleyes:

Thanks for giving up one for my sake. I will have to spend some time to know how to use it at its best. 1000MB does sound a little too much at the moment for utilisation. :D
 
i like Gmail, good application, just downloaded it, i like the way, when you click a "mailto:" link on a site, it will bring up gmail!

I cannot send inites and i have been using it for a month now, how long do i have to wait?

dunno. I think you get the invites option once you've used it a bit. I have about thirty messages on mine, but I didn't notice when the invite thing popped up.
 
I have never used mine, have only been there once, can't remember how long I've had it ... and I've got six to give away.

Used mine a fair bit, no invites yet.

Where can i get this storage space program? i could use that.

shame you cant use it with outlook
 
I wanted to use it with outlook, until i realised how useful the conversation view is, it is way better than outlook!

Is G-mail compatible with outlook?

even if it does have a better interface (don't know, haven't seen it), I'd still want to keep all my mail coming to the same place
