Any way to make the exit button in Outlook 2003 minimize it?

Hi,

I've worked out how to make Outlook 2003 open minimized,
and how to keep it running in the system tray all the
time, but I keep on accidentally shutting it down (force
of habit) rather than minimizing it. Is there any way to
change the big red exit button into a minimize button,
as in programs like Fresh Download? Thanks for any help.
