Any way to get rid of this annoying toooocriebl bar?

Hi, I do not know where it has came from probably
downloaded itself somehow but I have this thing called
toooocriebl in internet explorer its one of those bars
that keep appering even after hiding it by right clicking
and unckecking the bar. I do not have any idea how I can
get rid of this there is also nothing in the add/remove
programmes that I can uninstall to get rid of this.

Anyone have any ideas?
