Any Way to Get Event Viewer to Maintain it's Size?

Hi;

Something I find really annoying is that I have to keep re-sizing event
viewer because the box won't stay the same size when I stretch it out. Am I
doing something wrong?

Hold down the shift key, right click the shortcut to event viewer and choose
"author". Make it the size you want it then on the "console" menu, choose
save.
