Any way to duplicate files in background?

Here's what's going on. I rent rooms to people in my house (6, mostly college students) and my computer is the only one in the house

I've noticed some strange behavior from one of my renters, particularly when someone comes into the room, and he is closing windows as fast as he can. He then removes a CD from the CD-player (not the burner) and goes away. I did notice on two seperate occasions where he was copying files to the hard drive, but when noticed he immediately deleted them, emptied the recycle bin, and purged all Norton protected files as well

Is there any way, as Admin of the computer and the owner of the house, to copy anything he puts on the computer to a seperate location in the background? He is making everyone else nervous, and we (myself, mostly) want to see what he is doing with my computer, especially if it's something illegal (in MY house!). I don't want to take away his computer access, without proof of wrongdoing, but I'm coming closer to having to do so

Any ideas?

Hello Paul,
You could create profiles for your guests and make them Power Users. You
can then create profiles to isolae each user to thier own profile. Enable
disk Quatas to manage how much space each user gets. And implement Carey's
suggestion for monitoring all that your guest do on your system.
