1- Any free edition of vista (like SQL EXPRESS) that can be used for testing
developed applications using .Net Remoting or C++ network Apps (for
temporary installation and testing Network Apps in small companies)

2- Any non free edition of vista (like SQL Developer Edition) that can be
used for testing developed applications using .Net Remoting or C++ network
Apps (for temporary installation and testing Network Apps in small
companies)

3- Can I install a second copy of win vista on the same computer without
obtainig a second license (2 win vistas at the same on the same computer on
different HDDs)?

I think you can install a second copy for 'testing' purposes -- DON'T
activate that second copy and it will expire in 30 days. Every 30 days you
would have to wipe that partition and reinstall again. One nice thing about
doing this is that you can install any Vista version from your retail Vista
DVD, so you have the full range of systems to experiment on. Of course, the
reinstallation every 30 days can be a pain, which can be made less painfull
by imaging each of the systems prior to first boot (I haven't tried this
with Vista, but it worked with WXP, where the 30 days started on day of
first boot).

Some people do that but there is nothing in the license agreement
permitting it.

Every version of Vista is a 'developer edition'. Like a blank piece of paper
and a pen, or an empty canvas with paint / paint brushes, it's what you do
with it...

Q1 Try here....

Q2 Any version of Vista from your shop of preference.

Q3 Technically yes. The legalities others can debate - I for one wouldn't
condemn you for it.
