any Tweaks for outlook?

I once had a question in which I needed assistance with a tweak in the
Registry. Someone gave me a very good website and I have lost it. I
wondering if someone has a good website that explains how to change the
appearance of outlooks calendar beyond the options that are available in the
menu. Namely, I want to change the day description font and color so that
the day I am on stands out better.
 
This wouldn't be done through the registry.

What version of Outlook?
