Any freeware to search and file all temp folders / files in my pc

a lot of programs created temp files that i might not be aware of it.
Is there any freeware to search all the folders and find temp folders /
files and enable me
to remove them.

occurs. With time your hard disks have hundreds of this *.TMP files that

MS Office uses .tmp as one of its file types. Be careful or use Open
Office.
