Is there any freeware (stand alone) to download and read yahoo emails?
=============
ePrompter continues to be freeware. It permits rudimentary set-up of all
your
Yahoo, Hotmail, free Juno, and other webmail accounts for use by this one
client. It does *not* permit HTML either downloading or uploading. So ...
if you are looking for something just for exchanging email while traveling
on the
road with your laptop .. then, all you need is access to the internet
wherever
you are. Many increasing numbers of motels are providing free wireless
access,
as are public libraries, coffee houses like Starbucks, etc. You ought to
buy
a wireless adapter for your laptop in such cases. Otherwise, you might
consider a freebie nation-wide email/internet account from Juno or NetZero,
etc.
