Any freeware to be able to write Stored Procedures ...

Hello guys,

I know ms sql server 2000 has some debuging tool that allows to debug and
create stored procedures
however MS doesn't recomment it in production server anyways ..

I was just wondering if there is any other tool to enable to write/test
stored procedures something that
might be usable for other RDMS too? Something arround?

Have you tried Enterprise Manager?
