Windows XP Any body got Halo CD files

i recently brougth halo of a mate. this worked fine for a couple of weeks then i noticed the cd was scratched. Not it does'nt work. So when ever i try to run halo it does not work. Has anbody got the start up files that they could give me

Sorry Peano,

You'll have to contact the publishers of the game directly, there should be a number on the back of the CD case.

Sending the startup files would a) be illegal, and b) not work, as they are not from the game CD.
