Antivirus

I'm having a serious problem with my norton
antivirus,after downloading i cannot set it up it doesn't
want to activate, i've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling but nothing i try seems to work could it be
something else i'm over looking would appreciate any
suggestions.

Have you tries Symantec support?
Make sure your version is compatible with Windows XP.

There is a utility on their site to completely remove their products
after uninstall to be sure all components are gone.
Something to try before installing again.
