I am going to uninstall MacAfee today, so Gary which one should I use?
Paid or not, irrelevant, just need the best one per your recommendation?

I have always used AVG Free from
http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free

When you install it, so far into the install choose custom install, and
remove the checkmark from email scanner.

Mac already answered from the viewpoint of best free antivirus.

Top-rated (but not free) are Kaspersky and NOD32.

I did the avast.
Disabled Mc and then went to their site.
HOPEFULLY I did the right..and yes, slow down, LMAO
Need the beach w/my dogs..........sigh
