i installed microsoft antispywar. do i still need to
install a antivirus protection on my computer. it says i
don't have any on my computer. thank you mary

Yes, you need an antivirus program. Safe Internet use requires
multiple types of protection: antispyware program, antivirus program,
hardware or software firewall, and critical updates from Windows
Update.

An AntiSpyware utility is different from an AntiVirus
utility.

Yes you need have antivirus program.
