Answered Questions Populate Drawing

I am interested in creating a document (powerpoint or viso or excel -
whatever works for what we'd like to do) that asks the user questions and
upon answering the question a drawing will populate. A network diagram, for
example. Do you know if powerpoint or any program that will do this?

This could be done with VBA in PowerPoint, probably. VBA will allow you to
ask questions and do things based on the responses, such as add text to
shapes, make shapes visible, or even add new shapes.
