ANSI file ?

Hi.

Is ANSI file loaded automatically with Xp. I need to send escape sequences
to my Customer/Pole Display. The character did not come out as expected.

The old ANSI.SYS was a real mode driver which is *not* permitted in XP.
There is an ANSI.exe to be found at shareware sites
