Another idea to Recover data from Hard Drive from a damaged outlook file?

I had a hard drive failure and my friend recovered almost all files
from my HD with a program called OnTrack (EasyRecovery). FYI, when my
HD crashed, I had just opened up Microsoft Outlook and then had a
failure. Thus, I'm assuming that the file was damaged After
recovering the data, I went to \\Document and
Settings\MyComputerNameHere\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst and that file was set at 0 K.

Anyway, is there another program that anyone can thing of that would
possible recover the damaged .pst file that I desperately need (100's
of email contacts that weren't backed up)?
