annoying toolbar that won't go away...need to remove

Along with some other various spyware that installed
itself onto my computer, i had to uninstall the
MyWebSearch stuff but it left behind an annoying toolbar
that does not want to go away. i've looked around
everywhere to see if i could uninstall it and i don't
know where to get rid of it. the toolbar itself is
called "relylypoans". if anyone knows how to get rid of
this, help would be appreciated. thank you
