Annoying Problem: Files waiting to be burned on CD!

Greets.

I keep getting this Baloon message every 5 mins:

You have files waiting to be burned on CD. Click here to
see them.

When I click them, it shows shortcuts to my Windows
assigned TEMP folder where the win pagefile.sys, System
Information Folder, and Recycler and few temp files
are 'flagged' to be written on CD.

This is getting on my nerves, since I have NOT marked any
of these files for CD burning. And I cannot 'delete' these
system files either.

How do I permanently tell XP to not be 'over-smart' and
eliminate this problem?

Thanks.

Not done, unfortunately. The Files XP has flagged (without
my consent, mind you!) are the Windows Pagefile, the
System Information Folder, and the Recycler Bin (all
system, and hidden files)!!

I CANNOT delete these files. XP wont let me! Please help.
