Annoying outlook message

Hi all

Our development team have come up with an auto emailing system, that is
generated from an MS Word
mailmerge.

When the merge is executed, we get the following message:

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in outlook.
Do you want to allow this?


It then allows us to give access from 1,2,5 or 10 minutes.

Whilst I recognise the reason for it being there, we want to get rid of the
message for good so that it never prompts the user.

Then you'll have to use other methods in your program. You can't turn off
