Annoying exe files at startup

I recently ran Norton Virus scan and my spyware doctor. Since then, when one
of my 5 users logs on, he gets several error messages indicating an exe file
could not be found or run. They appear to be some kind of adware exe
(prevad.exe?). I don't get these when I log on as the administrator.

It takes him 10 minutes for his log on to complete. Any suggestions on how
to find and get rid of these or keep them from loading when he starts up?

Download MS Antispy (beta version) from the MS site. It's very good and (at
the moment) free!

Check the registry Run key under their user hive. Could be the
eradication only wiped the Run key entries under the account under which
the anti-spyware was executed (i.e., yours) and not from the user hive
for all the other user accounts defined on that host.
