more categories and prizes, including an XBox for the overall winner and

Dear Sir,
This is really good news that you are giving us one chance to show our
knowledge.

I read all the rules, but still want to confirm one thing once again, Is
this compitition is for .NET Framework programmers also?

I want to submit one entry for the pocket pc catagory.

If your application makes use of the .NET Compact Framework and the Smart
Device Framework, it's eligible for entry into the compettition.

only .NET framework programmers, but in fact I mean .NET compact framework.

As Neil pointed out, if you use the Smart Device Framework (which inherently
means you'll also be using the Compact Framework) you're eligible.
