Animating a Flow Chart (PPT2002)

I have a four phase flow chart:
Phase 1
|
Phase 2
|
Phase 3
|
Phase 4

I would like to fly out of each Phase square an explanation square:
Phase 1 -- Explanation
|
Phase 2 -- Explanation
|
Phase 3 -- Explanation
|
Phase 4 -- Explanation

The animation would be something like
Click - Phase box ... Explanation
Click - Phase box ... Explanation
etc.

Is there some way to make this happen?
 
Hi Helen

This should work for you:

1. Create flowchart & text boxes (using drawing toolbar) and arrange on
slide

2. Select all 'phases' and text boxes (click one, hold shift+click others)

3. From Slide showmenu pick custom animation

4. In custom animation pane select add effect->entrance->pick what you want

5. In this pane, drag 'phases' and text boxes into the order you want

6. Select 2nd, 4th, 6th etc animations (i.e. explanation text boxes) and
change to Start: with previous ('phases' animations 1, 3, 5 etc should be on
Start: on click)

7. Click Play to check it's all how you want it

8. Sit back and grin

Then I called coworkers over to see the marvelous thing I'd created. hee hee
